The secretary is in charge of official correspondence which must be in writing and sent by E-mail to committeecsc@gmail.com  
The secretary is the official recipient address of all  incoming correspondence.
All correspondence will be distributed to the CSS and the Chairperson. 
All official outgoing correspondence that is prepared by the secretary must be run by the Board before it is signed by the Chairperson and is sent out.
